Stephanie Rosol, Founder


Stephanie Rosol works with leaders and teams to improve performance, enhance communication, and increase satisfaction in both professional and personal domains.  As an executive coach, thought partner, leadership consultant and HR advisor, she brings 25 years as a Senior Executive and Non-Profit Leader.  She offers perspectives from the front line to the boardroom, inside and outside of business, to listen and support organizational leaders as they navigate the choices in their lives.

As Chief People Performance Officer for PLAYSTUDIOS, as Vice President of Human Resources for Wynn Las Vegas and as Corporate Director for Talent Development with Caesars Entertainment, she has held responsibility for organizational culture and engagement initiatives impacting more than 100,000 employees.  Her experience co-creating and delivering development programs for newly placed leaders and executives, continues to inform her custom interventions with clients in a broad range of industries.  

As a graduate of The University of San Diego’s Masters of Science in Executive Leadership program she partnered with the school of business to establish alumni coaching and mentorship.  She has provided coaching for TED, for the Sundance Institute, the Unreasonable Institute, the Evolve Entertainment Fund, and for the Institute for Generative Leadership.

Stephanie was recognized as one of Southern Nevada’s best and brightest professionals at Vegas Inc’s 10th annual 40 under 40 event.  She holds degrees in Human Development and Executive Leadership.  Trained in positive psychology, emotional intelligence, executive presence, and embodied leadership, she’s earned coaching certifications from Gallup, The Newfield Network and The Institute for Generative Leadership.  She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
